The engine is a 1641cc Type 1 built on a new AS41 Universal case. Assembled for high rpm use. Internal parts are as follows. All parts were balanced prior to assembly.

DMT 69mm Forged Counter-Weighted crank, 8 dowelled

SCAT I-Beam 4340 Rods with ARP bolts

Mahle forged 87mm pistons with Total Seal second ring 

Teflon Wrist pin buttons

CB Performance 044 heads with 40x35.5 Stainless Steel valves.

Duel High-Rev Valve springs with Chrome-Moly retainers

CB Performance light weight lifters

CB Performance Chrome Moly pushrods Custom Length

CB Performance Eagle 298 degree cam

Scat Forged 1.25:1 Ratio Rockers.

Magnum 8640 Straight cut cam gears

Full Circle cam/dist drive spacer

12 lb forged flywheel, 8 dowelled

Kennedy 1700 Lb clutch, standard un-sprung disc.

Maxi 3 Oil Pump, External filter and Auxiliary oil cooler

Berg deep sump extension. Magnetic sump plug fitted to standard sump plate.

Duel Thrust Cam bearings and Standard German Main and big end bearings.
